Terms of use
These terms cover your use of Weighed on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. Weighed is operated by Bloomify (14736605 Canada Inc.). By using Weighed you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Weighed estimates nutrition from photos, labels, databases and what you enter. Estimates can be wrong. Targets are general guidance for adults, not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to how you eat, and especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Weighed. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you post
You own your meals, photos and comments. You give us permission to store and process them to run Weighed for you, including sending them to the services listed in the privacy policy.
Comments, display names and group names are seen by other people, so there are rules. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or encouraging self-harm. Weighed filters some of this automatically. Anyone can report a comment, a person or a group, and block a person. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, access other people's data, or use Weighed to build a competing dataset.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
No warranty
Weighed is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its estimates, or for indirect or consequential losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
